Samuel B. Rainey
Sam Rainey’s practice focuses on insurance coverage and litigation. His professional liability experience includes the representation of insurers in connection with architects and engineers professional liability policies, healthcare regulatory liability insurance coverage and technology and media liability risks. Mr. Rainey also represents general liability insurers in the life science industry. Mr. Rainey regularly counsels insurers on coverage issues and provides risk analysis and claim management advice. Mr. Rainey has represented minors in guardianship disputes as part of Chicago Volunteer Legal Services’ Guardian Ad Litem Program.
