Dennis Frostic is one of the founding partners of McCullough, Campbell & Lane LLP.  Mr. Frostic’s practice has been concentrated in the professional indemnity area, including directors’ and officers’ liability, and errors and omissions liability for insurance brokers, accountants and architects. This work has involved the representation of insurers in coverage disputes and the preparation of policy wordings.  He has also represented insurers regarding claims management and program evaluation.

Mr. Frostic has also devoted a significant percentage of his practice to the qualification of insurers, and of the various coverages offered by the insurers, with numerous state insurance commissions with respect to excess and surplus lines matters.  He also has extensive experience in reinsurance, fidelity bond matters, products liability issues, arbitration, and the defense of insureds.
