Anne Jentry-Green is a business, real estate and tax lawyer. She represents buyers, sellers, owners, developers, landlords and tenants of real estate and arranges tax-free exchanges. She organizes partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, including tax structuring. She has implemented financing transactions, including tax-exempt bonds, letters of credit, finance leases and security agreements. She does both small and sophisticated estate planning. She represents stockholders and companies in mergers and acquisitions. She has practiced extensively with employee benefit plans and other aspects of ERISA and has engaged in complex Employee Stock Ownership Plan litigation.
