REVISIONS

The following revisions have been made to the web version of the 2005 edition of The Insurability of Punitive Damages since its first publication on this web site and in hard copy:

The Texas discussion of direct punitive damages was modified March 25, 2005, to reflect a new en banc opinion in Westchester Fire Ins. Co. v. Admiral Ins. Co., 152 S.W.3d 172 (Tex. Ct. App. 2004), which superseded the unpublished (and now withdrawn) opinion cited originally. This did not change the general conclusion of the section or require a change to the Texas entry in the chart.
