John W. McCullough
 John McCullough's practice has included general commercial litigation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels throughout the United States. He has represented domestic and international insurers, corporations, and professional firms in a wide range of matters. A graduate of Northwestern University and of the University of Michigan Law School, he has been engaged in active practice since 1965.

John G. Campbell (1987—2007)

Dennis L. Frostic
 Dennis Frostic is a 1967 graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (J.D.) and a 1964 graduate of the University of Michigan (A.B.). His practice has been concentrated in the professional indemnity area, including directors and officers liability, and errors and omissions liability for insurance brokers, accountants and architects. This work has involved direct defense of insureds, representation of insurers in coverage disputes and preparation of policy wordings. He has represented insurers regarding claims management and program evaluation. He also has extensive experience in reinsurance, fidelity bond matters, products liability issues, arbitration, and the defense of insureds.

John A. Hubbuch
 John Hubbuch is a 1971 cum laude graduate of Vanderbilt University and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Chicago Law School. His practice has been concentrated in representing insurance carriers which have issued directors and officers liability coverage and fidelity bond coverage, hospital directors and officers matters, and general errors and omissions programs, as well as being involved in general commercial litigation. He has also devoted a significant percentage of his practice to the qualification of insurers, and of the various coverages offered by the insurers, with numerous state insurance commissions with respect to excess and surplus lines matters.

F. Dennis Nelson
 Dennis Nelson graduated with highest honors from the University of Michigan in 1974 and graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1977, when he clerked for one year for a judge on the Michigan Court of Appeals. His practice centers on professional liability matters involving accountants, attorneys, and insurance brokers. He represents the insurers of several of the large public accounting firms in managing numerous malpractice and securities law claims facing those firms. In addition, he has day-to-day responsibility for handling the errors and omissions program of one of the largest international insurance brokers. His experience covers a wide variety of commercial and securities litigation problems, as well as a most extensive range of insurance coverage disputes.

Paul S. Turner
 Paul Turner is a 1975 graduate of Harvard College and a 1978 graduate of Harvard Law School. He is an experienced litigator and appellate advocate, whose practice has included cases involving insurance, professional liability, defamation, intellectual property, and antitrust law. Since the establishment of McCullough, Campbell & Lane in 1987, Mr. Turner has concentrated on the representation of medical professional liability excess insurers and reinsurers. He currently represents carriers for hospitals, health maintenance organizations, and physician groups. He is the author of McCullough, Campbell & Lane LLP's Summary of United States Medical Malpractice Law.

Patrick M. Graber
 Patrick Graber is an experienced litigator who has taken dozens of suits to verdict in state and federal courts. His transportation and insurance defense practice has focused upon the defense of both trucking and aviation clients. He has tried cases in Illinois and Northern Indiana. He is a member of Defense Research Institute and Trial Lawyers Association, the Trucking Industry Defense Association and the Society of Trial Lawyers. He graduated Tau Beta Pi from the Purdue University School of Aeronautical Engineering in 1972 and from the University of Notre Dame School of Law in 1979. He retired as a Navy Commander from the Naval Reserve with more than 2,600 hours of military and civilian flight time.

David L. Joslyn
 Dave Joslyn received his J.D. cum laude in 1975 from Northwestern University, where he also earned a bachelor's degree in 1970. He served as an Assistant State's Attorney in Cook County until 1980. Today, his practice is concentrated in the fields of insurance coverage, claims consulting, and the defense of architects and engineers. He represents one of the leading U.S. providers of liability coverage to architects and engineers. This representation brings him into state and federal courts across the country in connection with construction defect and other E&O cases. Mr. Joslyn also handles product liability claims and commercial litigation. He is a member of the ABA Insurance Practice Section, the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, and the Defense Research Institute.

Ann P. Goodman
 Ann Goodman received her A.B. cum laude from Wellesley College (1979) and her J.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Law (1984). She has litigation experience in the state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. She is a member of the Federal Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, a member of the bar of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and regularly serves as an arbitrator for the Circuit Court of Cook County in Chicago. Her practice includes commercial litigation, product liability defense, aviation defense and general litigation matters.

Anne E. Sammons
 Anne Sammons (née LaVoie) graduated with highest honors from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1982 and graduated cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1985. Her practice focuses primarily on professional liability matters involving accountants and attorneys. She has also been involved in representing insurers regarding insurance coverage analysis and program evaluation. Ms. Sammons also has extensive litigation experience in the areas of wrongful termination and defamation.

Mark D. Siebert
 Mark Siebert received his A.B. from the University of Illinois in 1983 and his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1986. His practice focuses on the representation of insurers in the areas of directors and officers liability and professional liability for various professionals, including attorneys, accountants, real estate brokers, engineers, and mortgage bankers. He has represented insurers regarding coverage disputes, policy wordings, and program management. He also has experience in products liability and fidelity bond matters.

Debra A. Emry
 Debra Emry is a 1984 graduate of the University of Iowa and a 1987 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Law. Her practice focuses on professional liability matters involving accountants, insurance brokers, and attorneys. She has experience in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters and has represented insurers regarding coverage disputes and program evaluation. She also has experience in products liability matters.

M. Bart Rinn
 Bart Rinn completed his undergraduate studies summa cum laude in 1985 at Northern Illinois University. He received his Juris Doctorate cum laude from the University of Illinois in 1988. Mr. Rinn's practice is concentrated in the area of insurance coverage, involving both claims handling and monitoring matters and coverage litigation matters. Mr. Rinn represents the interests of primary and excess carriers, both domestic and foreign, in general liability and professional liability matters, including accountants, attorneys, directors and officers, fiduciary and pension actuaries liability insurance. He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution and appellate work. Mr. Rinn is a member of the Illinois State Bar and the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.

Myra J. Brown
 Myra Brown is a graduate of Drake University (1971) and received her law degree from DePaul University School of Law (1974). She began her legal career as a Staff Attorney for the Illinois State's Attorneys' Association and in 1976 began an affiliation with the Office of the Cook County State's Attorney, where she gained substantial experience in all phases of tort litigation, medical malpractice and labor. She rose from Assistant State's Attorney to Supervisor of the Torts and Claims Division and, later, to Deputy Chief of the Civil Actions Bureau. She now focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, with emphasis on the representation of health care providers and insurance carriers for hospital professional liability losses.

Stephen D. Koslow
 Stephen Koslow joined McCullough, Campbell & Lane in June 2000. In 1991, Mr. Koslow received his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (with high honors) from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign's College of Commerce. He is a 1994 graduate of the DePaul University College of Law. His practice today focuses on civil litigation defense in both the federal and state courts. Areas of concentration include corporate, transportation, trucking and aviation defense. His experience includes taking more than twenty cases to jury verdict. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Michael M. Lane (Of Counsel)
 Mike Lane received his A.B. cum laude from the University of Notre Dame (1963) and his J.D. from the University of California (1966). His practice has emphasized trial and appellate advocacy, and he has tried numerous cases to jury verdict — principally in the aviation field. Such cases have included a substantial number with significant issues involving products liability. He has also defended insurance brokers, practiced in the toxic tort area, and represented insurance carriers in coverage matters. He is a member of the Society of Trial Lawyers.

Carl D. Liggio (Of Counsel)
 From 1972 to 1994, Carl Liggio was the General Counsel of Ernst & Young and its predecessor, Arthur Young & Co., where he had responsibility for every aspect of the firm's legal affairs. Thereafter he was Office Managing Partner of Dickinson Wright – Illinois. Today he serves on the Boards of FIOS, Inc. and EthicsPoint, where he chairs their audit committees. An experienced trial and appellate lawyer, Mr. Liggio has appeared before courts across the country, including the U.S. Supreme Court. His services to the profession include chairing many committees of the ABA and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Mr. Liggio is a founding member and former Chairman of the Board of the American Corporate Counsel Association (now the Association of Corporate Counsel) and has written and lectured extensively on professional liability, litigation, and legal management. Three times he has been named as one of the National Law Journal's 100 most influential lawyers in America. He is a member of the Bar in New York, Wisconsin, Illinois, and the District of Columbia.

Marvin Green (Of Counsel)
 Marvin Green helps start-up ventures with development and tax planning, organization and financing, including private placements. He knows mechanics liens and has worked with contractors, financiers, architects, material suppliers and title insurers in the building and construction industry. He is an expert on the use of life insurance in business and on its important role in personal estate planning. He knows federal income, gift and estate taxation and the use of wills and trusts. He helps in tax administration and collection problems. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago, undergraduate and Law School. He lectured at DePaul University and Roosevelt University for 35 years on life insurance and business and tax law. He has lectured at the University of Chicago Downtown College on Law for Architects, Law for Contractors, Law for Purchasing Agents and Mechanics Lien Law.

Anne Jentry-Green (Of Counsel)
 Anne Jentry-Green is a business, real estate and tax lawyer. She has a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and an LL.M. from DePaul University Law School. She does both small and sophisticated estate planning. She organizes partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies, including tax structuring. She has implemented financing transactions, including tax- exempt bonds, letters of credit, finance leases and security agreements. She represents stockholders and companies in mergers and acquisitions. She has practiced extensively with employee benefit plans and other aspects of ERISA and has engaged in complex Employee Stock Ownership Plan litigation. She represents buyers and sellers of real estate and arranges tax-free exchanges.

Veronica Nulman
 Veronica Nulman received her B.A. in 1995 from Northwestern University, and her J.D. in 1998 from Boston University School of Law, where she was a note editor on the International Law Journal. Her practice involves general litigation matters. Ms. Nulman is admitted to practice in Illinois, Massachusetts and New York. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association.

Brian J. Dusek
 Brian Dusek received his B.A. in 1994 from the University of Minnesota and his J.D. in 1998 from DePaul University College of Law, where he was an article and note editor on the DePaul Business Law Journal. His note, Ghost in the Machinists - Alameda Newspapers v. City of Oakland,, was published in the fall 1997 edition of the DePaul Business Law Journal, 10 DePaul Bus. L.J. 103 (1997). He has experience in a broad range of insurance coverage and defense specialties. His areas of concentration at MC&L include professional liability, especially matters involving insurance brokers and attorneys, and general litigation. Mr. Dusek is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Julie L. Henn
 Julie Henn received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and French in 1992 from Hillsdale College. Before entering law school, Ms. Henn worked for eight years in the telecommunications industry. She graduated in 2003 from Boston University School of Law, where she was a note editor for the International Law Journal. Her student note, Targeting Transnational Internet Content Regulation, 21 B.U. Int'l L.J. 157 (2003), was published in the International Law Journal in the spring of 2003. Currently, Ms. Henn's practice focuses on professional liability and general litigation matters. Ms. Henn is admitted to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association.

Blair Dawson
 Blair Dawson is a 1999 graduate of Marquette University and a 2002 graduate of Chicago-Kent College of Law, where she received the Best Advocate Award in the Intensive Trial Advocacy Program. Ms. Dawson was also designated Competition Alternate in the Charles Evans Hughes Moot Court Competition and selected for the National Law & Technology Trial Team. She was Volunteer Opportunities Coordinator and President for the Society of Women in Law. Ms. Dawson has experience in a broad range of insurance coverage and defense areas. At MC&L she concentrates in professional liability, especially matters involving architects and engineers. She is a member of the Illinois bar and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. She is currently a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association. Ms. Dawson co-authored "A Modern Analysis Under California Law of Punitive Damages Available for an Insurer's 'Bad Faith'," in June 2004. She also contributed to an October 2003 presentation for The National Forum for Environmental & Toxic Tort Issues ("FETTI"), entitled "Strategies for Insurers Resisting the Prepackage Asbestos Bankruptcy Blitzkrieg."

Joseph Menning
 Joseph Menning received his B.A. and B.S. in 2001 from Santa Clara University and his J.D. in 2006 from the University of Illinois College of Law. Mr. Menning's practice focuses on international commercial litigation. His practice also encompasses professional liability matters involving insurance brokers, accountants, and attorneys. Mr. Menning is admitted to practice in Illinois and Maryland. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Maryland Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, International Chamber of Commerce Young Arbitrators Forum, and ABA International Law Section.

Samuel B. Rainey
 Sam Rainey is a graduate of Miami University (1999) and received his law degree from the University of Pittsburgh (2002). He specializes in insurance coverage and litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability claims. His professional liability experience includes the representation of insurers in connection with medical professional liability policies, as well as architects and engineers, directors and officers, and legal malpractice policies. Mr. Rainey has also conducted numerous claims, systems and underwriting audits of hospitals, nursing homes and managed care entities for various insurers and reinsurers. In addition, he has represented minors in guardianship disputes as part of Chicago Volunteer Legal Services' Guardian Ad Litem Program. Mr.Rainey is a co-author of "State Law Challenges in Managed Care," Chapter 4 of Managed Care Litigation (October 2005), published by the Bureau of National Affairs, Inc., and "The Battle of the Bulge: Trends in Bariatric Surgery," presented to London market insurers at Lloyd's (November 2003).
